Let’s Talk About Process

Step 1: Apply

Submit your application and begin working with an Admissions Counselor. An interview is conducted to learn about your career goals, educational background, and location preferences.

Step 2: Enroll

After the application interview, you may enroll in your course of study. Enrolling means you have officially decided to join Ipply Education Services for your studies and employment.

Step 3: Orientation

All students must attend an orientation. The purpose is to learn policy and procedures for all course activities within our facilities.

Step 4: Interview Preparation

Preparing for the interview is an intricate part of our apprenticeship program. Students work on professionalism and communication skills. These skills provide students with the skills needed to have successful interviews.

Step 5: Placement

Students meet with a Career Counselor to determine possible employers in need of individuals in their chosen fields. This begins the matchmaking the process of finding a select few employers you be a great fit.

Step 6: Interview

Employers will conduct an n interview either by phone or Skype, to get to know you and you get to know them. If the interview goes then your apprenticeship goes through confirmation.

Step 7: Selection & Hire

Employers select from students interviewed that meet their criteria. Students selected by an employer are then hired by the employer.
