Local Government

We believe everyone should be given a chance to succeed no matter their zip-code

Ipply Academy's career development apprenticeship program was meticulously crafted to address educational and income gaps in under served communities, offering job skills and certification training to individuals seeking to enhance their earning potential.

We firmly believe that the vibrant community in Local Governments stands to gain immensely from our program, as it empowers employers to prioritize hiring based on qualities such as personality, fit, and chemistry rather than solely on work experience. Additionally, residents in Local Government will have the chance to gain invaluable hands-on work experience aligned with industry processes and cutting-edge virtual reality labs, providing them with a competitive edge in the job market.

Moreover, eligible Local Government residents approved through esteemed agencies like the Department of Rehabilitation, The Veterans Administration, Workforce Development, California Employment Development Department, TAD, Welfare Services, and Foster Youth will have their tuition fully covered to enroll in our program. This ensures that financial barriers do not hinder individuals from accessing the life-changing opportunities and resources available through our program.
